Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1-1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 8 slices marbled rye bread
- 1 (10 ounce) can Valley Fresh 100% Natural White Turkey, drained and shredded
- 4 ounces sliced reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Instructions:
In small bowl, combine mustard, salad dressing and tarragon. Spread 4 bread slices with mustard mixture. Top with turkey and sliced Swiss cheese. Cover with remaining bread slices. In large skillet, spray nonstick cooking spray and heat sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
